We had the opportunity to work with Sightline regarding a Financial Aid Optimization exercise. They did a wonderful job of gathering current comparative data, listening to our concerns and specifics and provided detailed options for us to consider. They were always organized and thorough with the information/discussions.

We worked with SightLine on both a tuition/fees market analysis and a deep dive on our institutional scholarship program. I was very impressed with their data expertise, knowledge of the higher ed. space, and the ability to communicate modeling findings to our senior administration. Customer service was top-notch as well; I would certainly work with them again.

I have been working with Sightline over the course of the last 4 years in projecting returning student financial aid costs. The projections have been extremely accurate even through the most recent pandemic experience. I have been able to have sightline include major shifts in our internal practices and the projections maintained accuracy. The projections are also always on time. I use these solely for projecting expenses, however, I believe there are tons of other valuable uses for the data outside my use.

Through our foundation Sightline worked with a number of universities using admissions and other data to gain insights on where the most benefit could be achieved attracting and retaining students through scholarships. Our foundation provides scholarships to post-secondary students interested in a career in advanced manufacturing (i.e. the Cast Metals Industry). Working closely with a lead educator, Sightline was able to identify specific students where a scholarship could help with attracting them to Materials Science and Engineering program. Additionally, we have contracted Sightline to manage a specific grant program/process for recruitment of students in these types of programs.
